March Break Madness Camp
Looking for fun and adventure this March Break? Come and spend the week at the Nature Nuts March Break Madness Camp! The camp is designed, planned and delivered by OCT-qualified teachers. Each day has a dedicated theme where campers will be immersed in a variety of hands-on activities, active outdoor games, group challenges, crazy crafts and good natured fun. The week begins with a day focused on wilderness survival; we then switch gears and head right into a day of reality TV-based challenges and games. Next, we have a day focused on DAB – designing and building; campers get to design, construct, and test their various structures. The fourth day of camp will be spent getting messy with an ‘ooey gooey’ science experiment filled day. On the Friday, we will load a bus and spend the day at the Ganaraska Forest Centre where we will explore, strategize, and laugh our way through outdoor games and activities.
If your child loves the great outdoors, exploring the wilderness and having fun playing wild and zany games then this is the camp for them! The Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority’s Nature Nuts Summer Day Camp is ideal for children ages 6-14, who would enjoy marsh exploration, nature hikes, environmental games, and creating amazing crafts. As a bonus, a field trip caps off each great week.
