Week 3 – What It Takes To Survive
Join the Ganaraska Forest Centre Outdoor Education Instructors to discover what it takes to survive in the outdoors! Campers will learn map reading, orienteering, shelter building, first aid, and outdoor cooking. Children will also discover what animals and plants have to do to outwit, outlast, and outplay their rivals. The weekly trip is to the Ganaraska Forest Centre for a day of learning how to survive in the wilderness.
